This charming home located in St Benoit des Ondes Centre has a veranda overlooking a south facing enclosed garden and is 50 m walk from the sea in the bay of Mont St Michel, 16 km from St Malo and Cancale near.
It is also a 2-minute walk from a 'SPAR' open 7/7 and bakery and several restaurants and creperie, a Intermarché is also within 5 minutes drive.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1-2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (one bathroom upstairs and a shower on the ground floor, all attached to the bedrooms), 1 fireplace in the lounge.
There is an enclosed space for 1 car and free parking 30m from the house.

Das Haus ist schön. Bäcker und Tante Emma Laden ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten fahren. Bettwäsche muss man mitbringen. Sonst ist alles mögliche für das Kochen vorhanden.

Propriétaire adorable, cette maison est une perle au milieu de la baie. Entre Saint Michel(40mn) et Saint Malot (25 mn) et à côté de Cancale (12 mn), une très belle décoration d'intérieur et des couverts en nombres . Le jardin est petit Mais barbecue et les tables intérieures sont modulaires, un plaisir de recevoir ses amis bretons dans une si une belle maison. Une cure d'iode est à prévoir car les huîtres sont légions dans la région. Pour les enfants, une piste de karting à 5 mn de route. Pour les matinaux, la plage à 400 m et les commerces à 5 mn à pied. Je pense qu'on reviendra si on peut. Merci pour ce bonheur

De l'accueil au départ, tout fût parfait. La maison est magnifique et l'emplacement idéale pour passer des vacances paisibles et est très bien située pour visiter les centres d'intérêts de la région (restaurants, monuments historiques, plages...)

Gîte bien situé pour découvrir cette région mais pas de vrai plage à proximité.
Maison ancienne où se mélange les styles, une petite véranda coquette, un petit jardin fleuri agréable. L'électricité est peut-être un peu trop "bohème", mais on est en vacances, alors…..
