About this house rental
2 km from the beaches, in a very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, you can rent accommodation classified 2*, for 2 to 8 people. The house is typically Breton, partly in the living room. It consists of a large living room with seating area and dining area, equipped with TV and WIFI. In the other part there is the fully equipped kitchen. Next to it is a small bathroom with a large shower, a basin and a toilet. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms equipped with several beds, one with TV and a small bathroom with toilet and hand washer. The gravel courtyard in front of the house reserved for the rental as well as a large garden common to the 2 rentals, for children’s games. A ping-pong table is installed in the summer for the 2 cottages. The farmhouse is located about 2 km from the beaches and shops. It contains 2 houses, and can, in case of rental of the 2 cottages, be suitable for large families or groups who would like to spend a holiday together, or for smaller families. Reservation possible for WE and 4 nights minimum. See rates with the owner. A deposit of 250 € maximum, not debited, is requested for any damages. Charges are included in July and August only. Outside, electricity and water are calculated on meter readings. EDF tariff and water in force. Pets are not allowed and linen including sheets not provided.
