Luxury self-catering country house accommodation on the east coast of Lincolnshire.
Northolme Hall is a magnificent large self-catering Georgian hall and Elizabethan cottage for hire for up to 21 people in 11 bedrooms. Situated in Wainfleet All Saints on the east coast of Lincolnshire; Northolme Hall has far reaching views across gently rolling countryside.
Northolme Hall is ideal for a large family get-together, reunions with friends or special occasions. The hall is tastefully furnished and boasts an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and play park for younger guests.
The whole complex has 3 lounges, 2 kitchens, a butlers kitchen, a secret playroom, a dining room with seating for 22 people. One of the bedrooms also doubles as a cinema room.
Located on the outskirts of the medieval market town of Wainfleet All Saints, Northolme Hall provides a secluded setting for holidaymakers searching some peace and tranquillity. But also has close access to the bustling seaside resorts nearby. Wainfleet All Saints has a weekly market, and the famous Batemans Brewery visitor centre with tours, traditional pubs and shops.
Northolme Hall has Sky TV in the lounges and free fast WiFi throughout. There’s a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey table and games console.
We have furnished and equipped the hall and cottage to comfortably accommodate 21 people. The hall has 3 shower rooms and one bath room, and the cottage has a bathroom. The facility provides the flexibility to accommodate a large family gathering, or several families/groups. In addition, we have a travel cot, and high chair available by request if you are a travelling with an infant.
Northolme Hall and the cottage sit in 3 acres of formal gardens and 8 acres of fenced paddocks with manège. To the rear of the hall are tennis courts, the play park and the Victorian mansion playhouse for the younger guests. You can soak-up the sunshine and enjoy the magnificent views in the gardens whilst the children burn off energy! To relax after a hard day’s sightseeing and activities we have a selection of board games, books and DVDs and if it turns cold, there are always two coal fires in the hall and one in the cottage.
The large heated indoor pool, pool and air hockey tables and cinema room will all keep you occupied when staying inside.
We do not take all male groups or groups predominantly under 30 years old.
We do allow pets in parts of the hall, but it must be pre-arranged and discussed with us as there are certain conditions.

We booked Northholme Hall for my 60th birthday so friends and relatives could get together and celebrate. For us it was in a great central location as we are dotted around the country.THE MAIN HOUSE;It's big and spacious and offered us everything we needed.There are loads of rooms for dining, games, chilling, watching TV and having a party in.The kitchens and storage areas are brilliant and there's plenty of fridges and freezers for food/drink etc. Everything worked as expected so we were able to cater for 20 people easily.The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable and the linin was fresh and clean just as you would expect. We slept really well. There's also a double bedroom on the ground floor next to a toilet for anyone who has mobility issues.There was no shortage of toilets and baths/showers for all of us.My grandson managed to find the hidden room which was very cool.THE SWIMMING POOL;..is superb. It was clean, warm and had inflatables for the kids (of all ages!).THE COTTAGE;Lovely little house with lots of history, a small kitchen, pantry with another set of washers dryers and an extra fridge freezer.There are two good double bedrooms and a single.THE GROUNDS;We were lucky enough to have great weather so spent loads of time in the gardens which had plenty of seating.The kids loved the play area and Wendy house and some of us tried playing some tennis in the court - which was hilarious considering it's been about 20 years since we last played.

We stayed at Northolme Hall for a family gathering over Chrsitmas. The main house and cottage are both amazing, with plenty of space and activities for our family of 12 adults and 7 children. The swimming pool was a real treat and made the stay even more special. Liz was a great host and was able to make check in much easier and available via phone and message making Communication with the host easy and any queries and questions are answered swiftly.

We were a family with ages 3 to 76 and we all had a great time. The house had everything you could need and the garden was just the place for an Easter egg hunt with lots of hiding places. A lovely house.

We returned last Monday from a fantastic weekend at Northolme hall celebrating a 150th anniversary (60th 90th birthdays) with 17 members of our family, ranging from 8 months to 90 years old. Northolme was the perfect venue with indoor and outdoor activities. The swimming pool was a hit with everyone but particularly the young families, it is kept so warm you can stay in for hours. The house and grounds are lovely and most people just stayed on-site all weekend. Thank-you Liz for making this lovely home available and to Pamela who made sure it was all ready for us. We would highly recommend Northolme to anyone needing a place for a multi-family holiday.
