Coley Cottage is a wonderfully cosy property, great for couples to relax in or return to after a day spent exploring or oberserving the wildlife.. Ground Floor:

First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with lawned area, sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Electric car charging point, at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Situated in the grounds of the owners home just a stones throw from the centre of Wainfleet and all its amenities. Ideal whether you are looking to sit back and relax in this cosy barn conversion or use it as a touring base for this area of the east coast. Wainfleet is home to Batemans Brewery and its visitor centre as well as a good selection of shops and eateries. The pub serving good food is a short walk away as is the bus stop or the railway station, which would take you into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness.
For nature lovers there is plenty of wildlife to be found on the nearby marshes at Friskney or visit Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve for great walks and observation points for the wildlife and migrating birds. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Beautiful little cottage immaculately presented sat in the heart of Wainfleet.This idyllic little cottage is owned and managed by the best of Hosts who have catered for your every need to enjoy all that Lincolnshire has to offer whilst not having to worry about your accommodation. I'm more than happy to share such a wonderful homely experience with the knowledge that I will always book again given the opportunity to do so. The pictures don't do the property or the owners justice for what they have put together for others to enjoy.A truly beautiful little Cottage and one which I will set all my future expectations by.My heartfelt and sincere thanks to Vicky and Matt for all that they have done...

Plenty of room and comfort for two and we were very pleased with the accommodation. Would certainly recommend to any other couple wishing to visit the area. Host was very attentive and we felt very welcome.

We stayed for 7 weeks, the hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay there again
