About this villa rental
Kaya Villa is an architect designed stone built villa, set amongst orange and lemon groves with stuning mountain views. It has a peaceful rural setting but is within minutes of Dalyan town centre. The large circular stone wall gives the house its own very special and unique character.
The villa is especially well equipped and has three different outside terraces which give spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

From booking to returning home, Mick the villa owner, was simply superb. No question too daft or unanswerable, his hints and tips about the villa and area were spot on. Having booked car hire through Mick, we were greeted at the airport and taken on to the car hire company. A seamless start to our holiday, particularly welcome given our night time arrival. On arriving at the villa we were stunned by both the cleanliness and spaciousness and immensely grateful of the 'Welcome Pack'.But it was drawing back the curtains in the morning that blew us away! The views are stunning the garden and pool beautifully laid out. The villa a real home from home, everything we could have needed and more. Though just outside of Dalyan it is easily accessible and you do not need to hire a car as we did. There is so much to do in the local area, aside from lazing around by the pool, you truly can make your holiday your own. We could not rate the Villa Kaya more highly or be more grateful to Mick and his team in Turkey.

We had a great family holiday at Kaya Villa all theComforts of home plus good size private pool maintain on a daily basis. A quite private location overlooking a farm yard which the loved to watch and make friend with the animals.The Dolmuss bus service at the end of the lane runs into Dalyan very regularly and is very cheap. We hired a car for a few days 30 a day all in very reasonable. All in all a great stay in a loverly villa

What a stunning location! The mountainous backdrop is incredible.The house itself was very comfortable and had everything you need for a lovely holiday. The welcome basket was much appreciated.The location is great too - it took us about 45 minutes to walk into central Dalyan (it's in a small village just outside), or 5 minutes if you have a car. Dalyan is a fab little town - geared up for tourists, but not brash and overly busy like I'm sure some of the coastal towns are.We enjoyed strolling along the river in Dalyan and hopped on the tiny car ferry one day to go over the river to the ancient city on Kaunos. The Classic Dalyan boat trip is a must! We swam in so many different types of water (sea, geothermal lake, freshwater lake) and saw some unforgettable scenery, plus experienced the nearby mud baths!Outside of Dalyan, we visited Fethiye with its lovely sea promenade, the eerie abandoned Greek town of Kayaköy, had a non-touristy day in Mugla, and swam at the Toparlar waterfall and visited Köycegiz on the lake of the same name. The area really has so much to offer, and Kaya Villa proved to be an excellent base. Communication with Mick from booking to arrival was excellent, and his property manager Huseyin is really friendly and helpful too. Mick sorted out a hire company for us, which was very straightforward.Thank you so much for the use of your lovely home, Mick - we loved every minute, and would recommend Kaya Villa to anyone without hesitation!

The house is very spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The owner is British and I think this is reflected in how well equipped the villa is. Eg providing beach towels as well as bath towels was a godsend!The location is peaceful and quiet, with hens and sheep as the next-door neighbours, and the stunning backdrop of mountains which provide the cooling afternoon breeze. And just a short 5 minute drive to the pretty, relaxing Dalyan and it's river delta. Really miss that atmosphere and view.The pool is a must for the summer and absolutely perfect and well maintained on a daily basis.The villa manager, Huseyin, was very helpful and on call if ever you needed him.The owner, Mick, has a wealth of knowledge re the local area and beyond, and offered so much advice and tips as to places to visit and places to eat; much more than you'd find online or in a guide book. We were so grateful for that.A beautiful villa, an amazing place, and would highly recommend it. And whilst in Dalyan, please do visit Dalyan Cat Paws - a local cat rescue organisation, run jointly by a British lady and Turkish locals; they do amazing work.Many thanks again Mick.
