The villa was clean and tidy, lots of spaces to eat and drink with 2 dining tables inside and 2 outside. 6 seats in the living room. 2 double bedrooms, one with a sofa, one with a crib and double bed and a single room with 2 single beds in it. Lots of storage space in wardrobes. Curved staircase up to the bedrooms. Lovely kitchen with everything you could need, including utensils. There is a bbq around the side of the porch area and a washing line at the front of the property. 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers. The pool is great and gets slightly deeper towards one end, my 10 year old could stand up in the shallow end up to her shoulders. There are up to 6 sunbeds that I can see but we only used 4. Great surroundings, privacy fence around the property too. Very short walk into the centre of town.
We loved staying here for our 2 week holiday and the hosts were very attentive, available on WhatsApp whenever needed! Would highly recommend this villa to our family and friends as it had everything we needed. Thank you!
The pool maintenance wasn’t everyday it was every couple of days, but there is a net for you to be able to do this yourself! Not a big issue, just one thing we noticed.

Villa Etki was the perfect stay for our 2 week holiday. The best Dalyan villa we’ve stayed in by far. The host family were really attentive.

Comfortable,clean,everything you need and more for self catering,host in touch making sure all was ok easy to get in touch with him also ,pool area cleaned daily
