About this house rental
this cottage is in a strategic position because it is inside a bigger property with other two cottages but this one is in the best place with only the sea in front and privacy guaranted. If you like to escape from coronavirus this is the perfect place ,not close to other peoplebut in a beautiful garden over the sea.The village center is only at 5 minute walk and there you can find restaurants, bars and little food shops. In the cottage there are 2 bedrooms a living with kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and outside there is a corner with a shower and a washbasin so cosy in summer! in the living outside there is a table where you can eat or have breakfast with only the sea in front of you and two sun beds perfect for reading or sunbathing also in winter in sunny days.
The terrace is the perfect placebo catch upover a cup of coffee.
Montemarcello is one of the most beautuful villages of Italy (certified as one" Borghi più belli d'Italia").
The village is at 230 mt on the sea level and to reach the beach of Punta Corvo there is a trail in the wood with about 700 step to go, sure a long walk but when you arrive you are rewarded by clear water and beauty.
the property has a private parking inside but from the main road there is a narrow little road that is only 200 meters long so if you have a medium-big car is better if you leave it in the pubblic parking (that is free) and we can come to take you with the luggage with our car.
We provide all the linen , change is made once a week (if you want extra change it costs 40 euro)
Included in the price:
wi-lan
consumption of electricity, water and only in winter time gas is included up to 3mc. per day that is enough to have an inside temperature of 20 degrees. If you use more the cost is 1euro per mc.
We are dog friendly but we require that your dog had an anti-insect treatment
(against fleas and ticks ) 3 days before arrivaland this is not only for the hygiene of the house but also for your pet's wellbeing.

We enjoyed a lot the calmness and beautiful view of the place. Our hosts prepared a supporting check-in and helped kindly with reservations for 2 restaurants. Communication in english was quick and easy. The appartment can be heated for additional small amount of daily fee. We are looking forward to visit this lovely place again.

We loved our stay at the perfect spot so much. Montemarcello is a small charming Italian village and from the apartment you are overlooking the ocean - which we enjoyed much. Valeria and her son were very kind and always helpful, if needed, and respectful of our privacy and desire to spend some time with ourselves in quietness as well. If you enjoy walking in nature and hiking, you have found your perfect spot and will have more than a treasurable memory. I think we will return next winter. The apartment is just adorable and you‘ll find everything you need!Thank you again, Valeria, for such a magnificent time and as well the warmhearted present on arrival, a Panetone, which we enjoyed much.

Sehr gelungener Urlaub. Traumhafte und ruhige Lage, saubere und gut ausgestattete Struktur. Direkt von der Unterkunft gibt es unzählige Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Etwas langer aber sehr schöner Weg zu einer schönen Bucht.
