die lage und die aussicht sind schön aber schwer zugänglich

die nächste umgebung ist sehr ungepflegt: vermüllt, auf den parkplätzen stehen zwei schrott-autos mit zersplitterten scheiben, scherben säumen den parkplatz. die immobilie ist desolat und überall liegt gerümpel. das haus ist marode und vieles reparaturbedürftig.
