About this house rental
Ideally located, 400m from the sandy beach of Sablettes (7mn walk), this beautiful house of 110m ² is in the heart of a beautiful garden, not overlooked, with a concrete pool of 8x4m and a large shaded terrace in front of the house which allows to take all the meals outside in good weather.
All shops (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, tobacconist, press, doctors, ...) are located less than 150m from the property, which will allow you to limit your travel by car.
On the ground floor is a cozy living room with a nice kitchen of 45m ², directly overlooking the shaded terrace.
In the living room there is an indoor dining area, a flat screen TV with Free Box. Wifi Internet access is also available throughout the house and garden. The living room / kitchen is air conditioned.
Adjoining the living room, separated by a glass door is "the small living room". It allows to isolate itself from the activity of the living room / kitchen (nap, mail, internet surfing, games, ...), and can serve as a third bedroom with its sofa bed 2 places. There are books and board games.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one of 12m², with a double bed (140x200) and built-in wardrobes. The other of 16m ², very clear, with 1 double bed (160x200), 2 single pull-out beds and built-in wardrobes.
The shower room has a beautiful newly renovated shower. The toilet is separate.
In the garden, next to the "garden furniture" area, you will find the laundry room with the washing machine and the dryer and 1 WC.
The garden furniture, protected by a pergola, is the ideal place for aperitif and coffee.
An independent studio is located to the right of the house and uses the same main entrance, without any opposite on the house or the swimming pool.
A crib adjoins the property and you can hear children arrive or play outside.
The pool is available for swimming from mid-May to the end of September, the rest of the year, it is usually too cold to enjoy.

We had an amazing experience, Delphine is super nice and helped us whenever we had any questions! The house and area are awesome, everything was clean! We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings, which made our stay super relaxing. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Beautiful Garden and Pool. The House is equipped with a lot of gadgets you need during a Holiday. Delphine took wonderful care of us.

We had a lovely stay at the house with close proximity to the beach. The pool did wonders for the children while there was a perfect spot to relax as parents just beside them. Great week with great weather

We had a really good time! The house was clean, and the host explained everything about the house when we arrived. The garden with pool was really great and there were lots of things to do with small kids. Nice weather and beatiful area.
