Petits déjeuners compris dans le prix, linges de lits compris, serviettes de toilette comprises. Cuisine bien équipée, avec déjà des produits du quotidien. Emplacement calme, peu de bruits, vue mer depuis les chambres et la terrasse. Jardin privatif et de la place pour se garer.

Les éclairages des chambres sont à revoir pas de prise électrique tout les chevets et les interrupteurs à l'entrée des chambres n'allume pas la chambre, le wc du bas ne ferme pas.

Beautiful period home which had been partially renovated. The house itself is very comfortable for 5 adults. The space in the garden is huge and very private. Beautiful big sun filled terrace with amazing bay views.

In summer, windows need to be kept open for fresh air and fly screens are desperately needed. Mosquitoes are rive and you really need some proper fly screen for all windows. As this is an old house, some maintenance is required - the bathroom tiles around the bath are broken and water gets in, causing flooding in the bathroom and the downstairs bedroom gets soaked. The shower is over the bath. It would be good to add a shower to the downstairs toilet/ powder room, provided the house with 2 bathrooms. Maybe a bigger hot water system for the downstairs kitchen and powder room, especially in the cooler months.

Fantastic villa with lots of space and plenty of amenities. Close to the water, close to shops and just a fantastic space to relax.
