About this house rental
Directly off a cobbled street you enter a large open plan living area, with windows giving views across the village roof tops to the countryside beyond. Casa Umberto is located in the historical centre of the lovely hilltop village of Montedinove.
The house, which is wonderfully light and spacious is laid out over four levels. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with spectacular views toward the mountains and Adriatic sea.
Down the stairs from the open plan living area is a large bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedded room and between them a smaller dressing room or snug. The spacious bathroom is on this floor.
A washing machine/tumble dryer is located in the cantina which can be reached by steps down from this level.
You'll be personaly welcomed at the apartment, with a show round and introduction to Montedinove and the surrounding area. A welcome pack also provided as well as all towels and bedlinen.

Appartamento proprio nel centro di questo borgo medioevale. Debby, gentilissima, dopo avermi fornito indicazioni precise per arrivare e parcheggiare, mi ha accolto dandomi il benvenuto con frutta e frigorifero ricco di bibite di ogni genere!
L'appartamento dislocato su tre piani è arredato con gusto. C'è tutto quello che serve, anche lavatrice con asciugatrice. Dalla sala una scala a chiocciola porta in piccolo terrazzo con vista sui tetti di Montedinove. Soggiorno piacevole in un luogo silenzioso ed accogliente!! Consigliato
