Not bad for what we paid. The room was clean and the ensuite bathroom too. Perfect if you’re looking for a cheap room for the night just outside Edinburgh
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it was included in the stay so fair enough. I would not pay extra foe their breakfast

Conveniently located. Staff very pleasant.
1 person serving and cooking breakfast meant a very long wait for breakfast. Restaurant wasn’t open as it is February so had to find food elsewhere.
