About this house rental
Ideally located in Plonévez-Porzay in a garden of 800m2 privative on a raised and flowered property of 6000m2 of 1880 composed of several stone buildings, in full campaign with impregnable view on the mountain of Locronan, come to discover the beautiful landscapes, but also the beautiful beaches of Finistère, without forgetting its Sunday market place of the church.
Nearby the village of Locronan (2nd favorite village of the French in 2013) is a must during your stay, classified "small city of character" you stroll in its small authentic streets.
The beaches of St. Anne La Palud, Kervel or St Nic Pentrez are only a few kilometers from the cottage. Hiking in the coastal paths or in the Névet wood will allow you to discover the lush nature of the region. You can practice or discover many sports activities, from sand yachting to surfing.
You can go to Douarnenez and visit its port museum or you relax at the Thalasso, discover the peninsula of Crozon and these sites and fantastic landscapes, without forgetting to spend a day in Quimper to visit its cathedral, its museums and its typical narrow streets.
This completely independent house of 95m2 (floor space), classified 3 stars ***, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. On the ground floor you will have a kitchen open to a comfortable living room, a bedroom with 1 bed 2 persons (160 * 200) with a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storeroom with a laundry area and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with 2 beds for 1 person (90 * 200) and a second room with 1 bed for 2 persons (140 * 190) with a bathroom and a reading area or games and wc separate. Outside, you can enjoy a large garden of 800m2 and a beautiful wooden terrace facing south of 45m2 to enjoy sunny days and beautiful summer evenings. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Maison très fonctionnelle avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
Le moins : route à proximité très passagère difficile à prendre à pieds pour aller au village qui n'est pourtant pas loin

Modern, well kept cottage. Everything you need, lots of space. Quiet and close to local attractions.
Guests must confirm bed linen policy with host before booking. We had some bad communication and ended up being charged 60 Euro for bed linen. I was unaware of this policy until it was too late. Host said it was in the ad, I say it wasn't. Not clear at all.
Wifi good. No English on the TV.
Three adults, each with own bedroom. Worked well.

La propriétaire est très gentille et à l'écoute. La maison est fort agréable, très bien agencée et confortable. Les 2 salles de bains sont appréciables. Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. La proximité de la commune est un plus. Je conseille sans aucun problème ce gîte.
