Charming house of 100 m2, renovated, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower), 1 W. C, 1 garage.
Two fully enclosed gardens of 500 m2, facing south and west.
This house is located in a dead end only 100 meters walk from the Trez-Hir Beach, 50 meters from the aquatic center and fitness area Tréziroise and 100 meters from the market place.
Description of the house:
On the ground floor you will find:
- A veranda opening onto the two gardens,
- A living room of 40 m2, with a dining-room and a living room, overlooking the garden and its barbecue.
- A fully-equipped kitchen.
- Reading corner, games
- A TV lounge with a small sea view
- An Internet connection
- A double bedroom (with a 160 bed)
- A bathroom with a washing machine
- A toilet
Upstairs :
- A double bedroom (with a 140 bed)
- A bedroom with 2 "boat" beds of 90.
* All linens are provided (sheets, covers, towels, tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival.
* Possibility of cleaning fee (50 euros)
Plougonvelin is a small seaside resort ideal for discovering aquatic activities, in a site suitable for hiking (GR 34, mountain biking).
The port of Conquet, just 6 km away, will allow you to link the islands of the Molène Archipelago, including the wild Ouessant (1 hour crossing).

- Rock and zip line course of the Fort de Bertheaume, above the sea.
- Trez-Hir sailing school, to learn about the pleasures of sailing in the Anse de Bertheaume (200 meters from the house)

we had a very relaxing time. The house is as stated. The gardens are protected so that you have privacy and are not so exposed to the wind. The hosts give good tips for things to do. recommended.

Déco soignée dans une maison très propre et agréable à vivre grace à ses nombreux espaces réservés.
A l’étage les 2 chambres en enfilade sont agréables mais celle avec les 2 lits est petite plutôt la réserver à des enfants.
L’accueil même si peu conventionnel était basé sur la confiance et le respect de chacun.
Notre rencontre avec Ludovic fut très sympathique.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig, perfekt gelegen, fußläufig zum Strand und zum Bäcker. Sehr guter Supermarkt in 3km Entfernung, hier ist leider ein Auto oder Fahrrad erforderlich.
Die Vermieter - vor Ort - sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit!
Das Haus ist rundherum sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gern wieder!!
