About this apartment rental
A beautiful spacious apartment (90 m2) in the old fishing district of Cabanyal, lively and in the middle of Spanish life. Supermarket, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Del Cabanyal beach is less than 500 meters away. The center of Valencia is 5 km away, very easy to reach by public transport, but even more fun by bike through the Turia (the dried-up river bed that has been transformed into a beautiful, lively park).
The apartment is suitable for max. 6 people and is on the 2nd floor. It has a spacious living room with open kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite with the master bedroom. The apartment has 2 balconies.
There are numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. But also various shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Mercat Municipal del Cabanyal is highly recommended for daily fresh groceries.
Valencia is a beautiful city, located on the beach. The best way to discover the city is by bike. Bicycles can be rented at different locations or with Valenbisi. Public transport is very well arranged. By bus and tram you can go to the old town for € 1.50. The metro also has a very good connection to both the city center and the airport. Lines 5 (green) and 3 (red) have a direct connection between the beach and the airport. At the end of the Maritim-Serreria station you can walk to the apartment or change to line 6 (lilac) and get off at Mediterranean. From here it is a 4-minute walk to the apartment.
Free parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Nice, spacious apartment 10 mins walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bars, restaurants, metro) as well. A little loud on some nights but to be expected in a well connected area.
The check in process was very smooth, Nestor (the management company) were really helpful. We were met at the property by the rep, who also gave us some restaurants recommendations.
Kitchen was well equipped and living/dining area had everything you need - including air con. Balconies are off the living area and twin bedroom.
Bedrooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. No air con in the bedrooms but fans provided, which was manageable for our stay as it wasn't too hot. The master bedroom has an ensuite (unexpected so a nice surprise!) and both bathrooms were of a good size and standard. The water pressure was also good.
Only suggestion would be to have some basic provisions (milk, bread, butter) at check in. We arrived late on Saturday and shops are mostly closed on Sunday.
Overall, we had a lovely time. The location was great and a homely apartment.

Great location! Easily fit all 5 of us. Description said there was a Hot Tub but there was not.

Thanks for letting to us Steven. We had a great time. Plenty of room for 6 people and we will be recommending your apartment to others - very good value and 10 minute stroll to beach and to metro to city centre was ideal. Valencia beach is fantastic. Best wishes Clive
