It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a complete modern kitchen, dining room and attached to the living room with access to a beautiful terrace.
Located in a quiet area, next to the train station Joaquin Sorolla (Ave) with all services nearby and you can move walking to the center.
Six people can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed of 1'40 × 2 m. apart from the two rooms
It has all the furniture that a house may need to feel comfortable. With a beautiful kitchen attached to the living room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy the temperature of Valencia.

Carmen was an absolute joy! She is a top shelf hostess! She showed us all of the instructions for the property and made sure we were comfortable. Her knowledge of València was amazing and she departed her wisdom upon us. The property is very clean. The size and accommodations are as advertised. Also the property has a large first aide kit and emergency instructions right at the front door. Again Carmen set the tone for an outstanding stay.

Carmen waited for us at the appartment when we arrived and told us everything we need to know for our stay, how we get to all the city attractions etc. Really a great and lovely host.

Carmen was a great host with clear and prompt communication. We appreciated the amenities and the terrace was the perfect spot for relaxing after a long of sightseeing and we ate all of our meals there.
