We like the location very much. The kitchen was also quite well equiped and the beds were comfortable, though we did have to ask for warmer duvets. All the appliances worked well. The gardens, though shared with the other cottages, were very nice.
The place was a little sparse and not particularly homely. The £300 holding fee for damages was a little steep and unexpected for a holiday cottage.

The location was amazing and having the pizzeria on sites was also brilliant.
There were various aspects about the cottages that I have feedback to the hotel separately, but most of them didn't dampen our stay.

Walk to the Hotel not very good, and after dark would not be a good idea. Woodchip path does not go all the way. however the accomadation was first class and the Piza place at the cottages was also first class. Would recommend anytime and would stay again.

Nicely decorated, spacious, clean, well furnished, close to local amenities.
Foul smell in the upstairs bedrooms, not sure if the drains are blocked but its pretty pungent, also upstairs heating didn't work so felt chilly in the evenings. No welcome pack on arrival. Instructions on use of heating and information on local amenities such as supermarket, restaurants etc would have been helpful.
