Luxury front line 2 bedroom apartment in a gated development, metres from the sea with truly magnificentviews across to Gibraltar and the North African coast where you can relax to the sound of the waves on the large terrace.
It is situated in Estepona on the New Golden mile, 10 minutes from Puerto Banus and 15 minutes from cosmopolitan Marbella. Adjacent to the main promenade in Estepona and a two minute walk to the wide sandy beaches with beach bars and restaurants. The urbanisation is maintained to a good standard throughout. The apartment is south facing and the large terrace provides a great view of the beach and the sea. The living room is a good size and has a modern sofa area and a dining table for four people. On the terrace there are four comfortable sunbeds, a big lounge bed and a further dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons. There is a family shower room accessed from the hallway. The master bedroom has a large kingsize bed and provides an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is WIFI and TV with international channels. Parking for one car is provided under the building. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.
Estepona is a very charming traditional Spanish coastal village with a beautiful seafront walking promenade, sandy beaches, a lively old port and a traditional historical centre with a large choice of restaurants.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The piece de resistance was the large terrace overlooking the sea.. Two sun loungers, table and chairs and a lovely large round bed perfect for sitting in the shade.The apartment was so quiet which is surprising as it is so near to the Caffefor hypermarket.

Spent a week here with the family. The apartment is in a great location with restaurants and supermarket just a short distance away. Ten minute walk in to the lovely old town of Estapona.
The apartment has well equipped spacious terrace with wonderful views of the sea.

This is an excellent apartment. Everything one needs is available. It is clean and tastefully furnished throughout. Seconds away from supermarket which sells everything you could possibly need. Great location with wonderful view of the sea. Ten minute walk to the old town of Estepona which has dozens of excellent restaurants and bars. Regular buses to go that little further to Marbella and Gibraltar. We would highly recommend this apartment. We have already booke it for next September and extended our stay to 14 days.Ivan & Sue Willis
