About this house rental
This new apartment has been converted into the attic of our old family farm in 2016, it includes a very large living room with kitchen, cozy living room, stove, upstairs you will have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room mezzanine providing the opportunity to land to read, listen to music or work at a small office.

The warm decoration and the services are of quality, the equipment of kitchen is very complete. A balcony with garden furniture allows you to sunbathe or to admire the wild animals (hinds, chamois, marmots) who come into the meadows in front of the house. Facing full south this apartment is very sunny.
Situated in front of the hiking trails, at the start of the cross-country ski trails, the alpine ski resort is at 800 m reachable by skis, this apartment of character offers everyone the comfort necessary to find a warm atmosphere for a stay pleasant.
We are located in an authentic hamlet halfway to the villages of Molines and Saint Véran highest village of Europe (2040 m) where the cocks peck the stars and the sun shines 300 days a year!
Close to numerous restaurants and shops of the village (bakery, butcher, grocery ...) sports shops, our small hamlet is the starting point of many cross-country ski runs in Queyras in winter, hiking trails in fine weather . A free shuttle runs regularly to the 2 Alpine ski resorts of Molines and St Véran, and stops in front of the house. Possibility to reach the ski slopes directly on skis!
This preserved corner of the regional park of Queyras will delight lovers of nature and simplicity.
