The cottage is surrounded by a private garden of 700m2 with a trampoline (3m60 diameter) for children, deckchairs for adults and a large garden table with a plancha for all.
South-west you have the sun all day.
5 minutes drive from the village of Allos and lifts to Seignus d'Allos
15 minutes drive from the Foux d'Allos.
Unless otherwise indicated by me, you will find the key in a code box screwed to the front door. I will give you the code a few times before the start of the rental. At your departure you will simply have to put the key in the box and to scramble the code. You can arrive and leave at any time during your rental period. A double key is hung on the mantel of the fireplace.

Le chalet de Lionel est vraiment très cosy, idéal pour passer le réveillon en famille. Nous avons eu la chance de voir tomber la neige le 25 au matin. Attention à bien avoir un équipement neige pour descendre car l'impasse n'est pas déneigée et ça glisse !

Excellent séjour dans une propriété impeccable et un cadre magnifique avec une excellente exposition. Nous avions le soleil très tôt dans la matinée et jusqu'à son couché (séjour à la mi octobre).
Le chalet est bien équipé, tout à fait conforme à la description, et notre hôte très accessible, réactif et aimable.
Le centre d'Allos est tout proche, en voiture (5 mn) où à pied (sentiers de raccourcis), avec des commerçants (notamment Carrefour-Contact très bien achalandé avec des produits régionaux, boulangerie, ...). A 10 km il y a le bourg de Colmars, avec également de nombreux commerçants et un intérêt touristique indéniable.
Pour les amoureux de randonnées en montagne, avec éventuellement des courses à la limite de l'escalade (il faut mettre les mains et ne pas être sujet au vertige), le sujet est inépuisable (j'ai programmé 37 sorties attrayantes).
J'imagine qu'en hiver la position doit être exceptionnelle.

Propriétaire joignable très facilement. Vous pouvez arriver très tard et partir tot,, il suffit de fermer le chalet er remettre la clé dans un coffre. C'est simple et efficace. Pas de stress, pas de perte de temps.
Le chalet est bien agencé, on voit que les propriétaires ont l'habitude de venir souvent. Il est placé dans un endroit calme, mais pas isolé
Beaucoup de ballade à faire, comme l'incontournable lac d'ALLOS, ainsi que la visite de Colmars et son marché le vendredi. Par contre lorsque l'on vient de la région parisienne le col d'Allos est impressionnant.

Chalet spacieux , confortable et bien équipé . Situation idéale à la fois près du village mais au calme . Un bon séjour .
