The apartment was a good size and clean. Pricing was appropriate. good communication from owner.
Location was close to the train station and walking distance to the city centre. However the apartment backs onto the train line, so is noisy. There is also limited natural light.
There were often groups of people gathering outside the entrance to the apartment and one morning when leaving, there was a person sleeping across the stairs on the internal stairwell.

water drains poorly in the kitchen and bathroom, not fresh bed linen,in the evening the light in the entrance does not work. it is very dark

Nice apartment, short walk to both the main train station and then the old town. Added bonus of having a washing machine in the apartment and light refreshments (milk, butter, juice, tea, coffee).
Apartment is located on the third floor of an old building that has no lift. Could be difficult for people with mobility issues or large bags.
