Very clear instructions given on how to locate the property and collect the keys. Property is at a quiet residential area, and there is easy parking just at the roadside. The house was very cozy and clean. The kitchen had all the necessary (and clean) equipment/facilities to prepare our meals. Washing machine with dryer was a god-sent for our 18 days trip. Host also surprised us with complimentary drinks, snacks and presents (so sweet).

The location of the property is excellent, being far enough out of town to be nice and quiet, but close to a tram station and bus stop making travelling into town very easy.
The host, Annie, was wonderful. She left us a lovely bottle of Cremant, bottles of water, milk, made a superb cake and also some delicious Bredele plus was super helpful with tips on how to get to places and where to visit, restaurants etc. Her communication was fantastic.
The accommodation itself was fabulous. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and has absolutely everything one could possibly need for a short or long stay.
My daughter and I were very happy to return to the accommodation after a long day at the Christmas market and beyond. It's extremely cosy and warm...just what we needed.
Personally, for me, the mattress on the double bed was a little too firm and my daughter, who was in the twin room, stated that her bed dipped a little in the middle, although I did not verify this myself.
I understand mattress firmness is a very personal thing so although I found it a little uncomfortable, I'm sure many others would have no problem whatsoever.
