Aenaon Residence at Milies,Pelion combines delicate elegance with superior hospitality. It promises an unforgettable experience and it is the ideal setting for a family or friends' getaway!
AENAON RESIDENCE-MAIN HOUSE:
The property blends harmoniously traditional and natural elements with unspoiled panoramic view over the Pagasetic gulf. It lies in an amphitheatrical spot and it is built in accordance with the local architecture.
The upper floor of the residence contains two beautiful bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate 4 people, a lovely shared balcony with breathtaking sea view and an elegant bathroom. The ground level includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area and an extra bathroom. All indoor areas are equipped with air condition units and window nets.
Apart from all the indoor amenities, visitors should certainly take advantage of all the outdoor areas. Aenaon Residence has a private pool, surrounded by sundeck and sunbeds where our guests can enjoy the sun and a refreshing swim. There are also lots of dining areas, a portable BBQ, a protected tree garden, a private parking space, a beautiful artificial waterfall as well as a kitchen garden where our visitors can find fresh and organic vegetables covering some of their daily needs.
Indoor Comforts: 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, A/C (all areas),HiFi stereo system, WiFi internet access, window nets, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing equipment, hairdryers, coffee maker, toast maker, espresso machine, oven, kettle,safe box, welcome basket (one bottle of wine and a local marmalade)
Outdoor Comforts: private pool (salt water electrolysis pool with reverse function), artificial waterfall, external shower, outdoor speakers, sundeck, sunbeds, dining areas, private parking, protected tree garden (where pets can safely stay), organic kitchen garden, portable BBQ
RESIDENCE ACCESS:
Aenaon Residence generally consists of three floors. The upper two floors form the main house when the lower ground level hosts the separate guesthouse, which has its own house and yard entrance.
Booking through the HomeAway listing ‘Aenaon Residence - Private Pool,Panoramic View,Delicate Elegance [5 peolple]’, our visitors are accommodated in the main house, enjoying its amenities and all of the property’s outdoor facilities. The guesthouse is not rented to another guest. We (my two teenage daughters and I) may only use it, as sometimes we stay there in order to assist our visitors whenever they need us and make sure that everything goes as scheduled. In case we are present, we do not utilize the pool, the outdoor dining areas and of course we do not have access to the main house. We only use the garden at the lower ground level in order to reach the second yard door. We completely respect their privacy and we provide advice and information only when we are asked to.
However, there is also the option of booking both the main house and the guesthouse. We had a fantastic week in Villa Aenaon and were looked after beautifully by our host, Katerina, who welcomed us and provided homemade jam, cakes and other delicious treats. The villa was exceptionally well positioned (at the foot of Milies village in the Pelion hills with stunning views) and very comfortable with really excellent facilities all round (including a pool). I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and were very sad to leave! Thank you Katerina!
