About this villa rental
A seafront villa in Koropi, in a wonderful location, 22km from Volos, hidden in vegetation, only 100m from the sea, suitable for all seasons. Newly built, spacious with traditional touches, it can accommodate comfortably & pleasantly up to 7 people. The villa is located 100m from the beach, which is characterized as private, as there is no access from a main road, rather than a trail. In addition to a private car park, it also has a 400sqm garden for enjoying breakfast in moments of tranquility in nature and is equipped with barbecue, wood oven, dining room, sun loungers, etc. Surprise brings to the visitor, the large and beautiful tree-house, which was built with taste of the owner and in which there is electricity, heating, various toys, wooden sofas, etc.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, balcony overlooking Pelion. On the ground floor we find the third bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom, the living room with fireplace and 2 sofas - beds, dining room and kitchen with all comforts (fridge, electric cooker, various utensils and cutlery).
At 7 km one can find the traditional village of Milies with the famous '' Moutzouris '' and, in less distance, the seaside villages of Kala Nera and Afissos. The area does not lack shops such as taverns, cafes, beach bar, market, pharmacies, gas stations, and other alternative tourism activities such as: horse riding, canoeing, scuba diving, etc.
It is the most suitable place to use as a base for excursions to the villages of Pelion and for daily visits to the city of Volos for food, shopping or nightlife.
