About this house rental
Located on a closed ground and isolated within 15000 m2, you will find the ideal place to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday. You will get a magnificent view of the vineyards and of the surrounding 20 Km. Your first neighbour is located at more than 300 metres. The 50-m2 swimming pool is private. 5 bicycles and a private bowling alley are at your disposal free of charge. The owner does not reside on the area. Fairly easy to find, only 5 minutes drive from nearest supermarket and village, the property is secluded and peaceful (apart from the occasional cacophony of cicadas but that’s the sound of the south of France).
Mostly well-appointed throughout including nice crockery and glassware, but some kitchen items could do with being replaced/updated (chopping boards, frying pans), but on the whole a really lovely home overlooking a vineyard and backing onto a huge forest.
Bring your bug repellent! Satellite TV - could only find French channels which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to keep in mind if you rely on it for keeping young ones entertained. Steep staircase to get to bedrooms, may be an issue for older or less mobile guests.
Caretaker was attentive and friendly, prefers to speak in French, which was fine for us but might be a slight barrier for others.
Overall a really lovely location, ideal for visiting the lake and coast via the many winding roads around the mountains and hills.

Environnement correspondant à notre recherche isolement au milieu des vignes avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, mais proche de jolis petits villages . Maison bien équipée fonctionnelle et agréable . Belle piscine, grand et beau terrain
Seul bémol la 4 ème chambre qui ne peut convenir qu'à de jeunes enfants et reste trop petite ( plutot cabine) . Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un paysage superbe

Nichée entre vignobles et forêt, cette maison possède une situation idéale pour des vacances au calme.
Pas de voisins proches.....rien que du bonheur.

Nous avons loué cette propriété au mois d’août 2021 avec un jeune groupe d’amis. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et répond rapidement aux messages.
Pour ce qui est du cadre, il est dépaysant : on est seuls au monde (ou presque😁) ! La maison quant à elle, est très bien équipée et propre. Nous avons manqué de rien pendant notre séjour : piscine, table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanques, terrain de volley… l’idéal pour profiter entre amis ou en famille sans forcément bouger de la maison.
Pour ce qui est des alentours, il faut prendre la voiture pour visiter mais cela nous a pas dérangé !
Dans l’ensemble nous sommes satisfaits du séjour.
