About this villa rental
Typical Provencal Village, many tourist places nearby (villages of the Var, Vaucluse, Bouches du Rhône and Alpes). Residential area, so not possible to make events and parties with too much noise. Beautiful view, flowered garden, large secure pool (4.5 mx 9.5 m) with rolling curtain on a terrace of 300 m2, resin bed, full teak garden furniture (tables, chairs, parasols, sun loungers), a arbor/pergola, other sun loungers, numerous beds (5 Beds 160 * 200 and 2 beds 90 * 190 in 4 bedrooms with 10 places in these rooms), living room of 40 m2 equipped with fireplace with insert, TV LCD flat screen 49 inch LG, 2 bathrooms (one with a large shower cubicle , the other with bathtub), TNT, internet, covered terrace + barbecue, petanque ground, ping pong, babyfoot.
All beds and mattresses are recent and comfortable.
Recent Appliances (Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer) as well as most cooking facilities (crockery, coffee maker, stoves and pots, dishes, toaster, microwave oven, etc.) as well as a new cooker and a new oven both installed in May 2022 in the renovated kitchen.
Bakery, supermarket, bar, restaurant, post office and various shops in the village (less than 1 km). Great promotions for one-week rentals in May, June or September! Great promotion this year also from 1st to 13th July 2024! Please contact me !

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine chez Nicolas.
Le gros point fort de la propriété: la piscine, grande et en relativement bon état. Nous avions surtout réservé le logement pour l’extérieur qui nous a parfaitement convenu.
Pour ce qui est de la maison, un coup de frais s’impose. Une façade en mauvais état, des mauvaises herbes tout autour de la piscine, une cuisine peu fonctionnelle avec un électroménager plus que dépassé (micro ondes rouillé, plaques qui marchent à moitié et mettent longtemps à chauffer…) etc…
Nous n’avons pas apprécié que le propriétaire nous demande des frais supplémentaires pour le ménage 2 jours avant le départ, surtout vu l’état de la maison à notre arrivée, propre mais pas « nickel »… (poussière sous les lits, alèses des matelas non changés entre 2 locataires, autocollants avec des insectes sur les fenêtres…)
Enfin la collaboratrice du propriétaire présente sur place est très disponible et agréable. Au cours du séjour un orage a endommagé le mobilier extérieur et elle a immédiatement réagi en nous envoyant un réparateur sur place.
En résumé nous avons passé de très bons moments à Ginasservis, même si le logement mériterait d’être rafraîchi !

Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis très agréable dans cette maison. Bien qu’un peu dans son jus, la maison est très sympa Grande piscine, terrasse, literie confortable....
Petit bémol sur le couchage dans le salon qui est un matelas au sol (un canapé convertible serait plus adapté). Mention spéciale à Ludivine ! Un grand merci pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
Je recommande.
