About this apartment rental
Magnificent 52 m2 duplex apartment in the Mélèzes residence located in old Avoriaz (Dromont sector), near the bowling alley and the Children's Village.
Departure and return on skis.
The apartment is composed as follows:
Level 0:
- ENTRANCE: with wardrobe, mirror.
- American style KITCHEN, fully renovated, fridge freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, granite sink, dishwasher for 12 place settings, oven and microwave, NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine .
- LIVING ROOM: with sofa bed (2 pull-out beds), TV, DVD, INTERNET, WIFI, coffee tables, wooden chest, DINING AREA with table for 6 people.
- BALCONY: with view of the Portes du Soleil sector Chavannette.
Level 1 :
- Hallway with large cupboard and mirror, wall hooks.
- MAIN BEDROOM: with 140 cm double bed, chest of drawers, baby cot available in the closet in the hallway
- CABIN BEDROOM: with 3 single beds of 70 cm including 2 superimposed, storage.
- BATHROOM: with bath, single washbasin, towel dryer, washer-dryer.
- BATHROOM: with shower, single washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer
- separate WC.
Ski room on the ground floor of the building with two lockers: one for skis (poles and helmets), the other for shoes.
Housekeeping and reception included in the price.
You will be greeted on site for key collection, departure and exit inventory.
The person responsible for reception offers a paid service for the rental of lingerie kits:
1. For bedding: pillowcase, fitted sheet, duvet cover.
2. For the bathroom: bath towel, bath towel, groundsheet
3. For the kitchen: two kitchen towels.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It is well positioned between the city center and the start of the ski run. The beds where comfy and the master bedroom what's nice and spacious for us. We would definitely come back here.

The apartment was great. Really good layout, well eqipped with everything we needed. Location was good, pnly 5 mins walk into town. The owner was fantastic with great communication thoughout. We will be back!

This is a beautifully kept, well equipped and spacious apartment located within a few minutes walk of the centre of Avoriaz. The apartment has lots of hanging, storage and drying space, all the utensils, pots, pans and things you will need for a great week skiing. We cooked and ate in the apartment all week and had no problems at all. The lady who looks after the apartment was very helpful and although we struggled with our language barrier things were not too difficult. We would certainly return to the same apartment in the future.
