About this apartment rental
In the heart of Avoriaz, our 47 m2 apartment is located in the Les Portes du Soleil B residence. Facing south west, it is very bright and has a balcony.
It is at the foot of the children's village and all the shops.
This completely renovated apartment has:
-an entrance with two closets.
- a 22m2 living room / kitchen with an integrated kitchen (sink, dishwasher, induction hob, combined oven, fridge, extractor hood, senséo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, raclette machine, appliance fondue ...), a rapido corner sofa convertible into a 140X190 double bed (18 cm mattress), a table and 8 chairs, a 32 '' flat screen TV.
- a bedroom with 1 140X190 bed and a chest of drawers.
- an alcove with a 140X190 bed, 1 80X190 bunk bed and a TV with DVD player.
- an independent WC with a washer-dryer.
-a bathroom with a 90X140 shower, a vanity unit, a mirror, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a toilet.
The apartment has windows and a French window with thermal and phonic double glazing and unlimited WIFI access.
The little extras:
-bed sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
- delivery of the keys by the owner, to the TOP SKI store where you can benefit from a 40% discount on all rentals (in winter)

Great week in Avoriaz at the end of the ski season. The appartment was perfect for our family of four and could have easily accommodated more. Location is ideal. Very central. Ski in/ ski out.Easy communication with the owners and we were very well looked after by Max in Top Ski.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The hosts were always helpful and friendly. The check in and check out process was very easy. The apartment has everything you need and very easy access to the slopes right in the heart of the village. I can’t recommend this apartment enough and really hope to visit again very soon.

Lovely warm apartment with views over main street. Means a little noise at night and early mornings but did not bother us. Cleverly divided up and well furnished. More than enough equipment in the kitchen in you want to self cater. Perfect location in centre of Avoriaz meaning only short walks to shops, bars, Aquariaz and ski schools. Hope to return!
