About this villa rental
Holiday Villa with private swimming pool located in Torrita di Siena, a small village in Orcia Valley. This villa disposes of large outdoor areas and is perfectly located to visit Tuscany’s, Umbria’ and Lazio’s most important cities and villages. Outside, an extensive garden hosts the private swimming pool. The house has welcoming interiors, furnished in a rustic Tuscan style and it is spread over 3 floors connected by an elevator. The owners manage an important farming estate producing wines, olive oil and spirits.
At guests’ disposal: large garden with irregular-shaped swimming-pool (around 60 square meters – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,8 m – open from 15/04 through 15/10), large terracotta-tiled solarium, barbecue. Within the property there are various fruit trees which are at guests' disposal.
The villa provides an elevator and a laundry (with 2 washing-machines) in the villa basement. WI-FI internet is provided (free of charge).
Parking and garage within the grounds.
Distances: Torrita di Siena with shops of all kinds approx. 1 km away, Montepulciano 11 km, Pienza 16 km, Rapolano Terme (spas) 25 km away, Cortona 35 km, Arezzo 45 km, Siena 50 km away, Orvieto 75 km away, Florence 105 km, Rome 190 km away.
Extra Services: Baby bed upon request (at confirmation). Upon request the owner can organize wine and olive oil tasting. Two extra bed are available upon request at € 150,- / for stay / each (to be paid on the spot).

1st floor: living area (SMART TV and air conditioning) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer), additional living room ( Tv) and access on to a large terrace with barbecue, double bedroom ( Air Conditioning) with terrace, double bedroom (TV and air-conditioning provided) with access on to the terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, twin-bedded room ( Air conditioning) , double bedroom (air conditioning) with large balcony, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bathroom with bathtub.
Basement: laundry, cellar, garage, technical rooms.
The house floors are connected both by stairs and an elevator.
The following might be to be paid extra: Bed linen and towels (weekly changed), Electricity, Extra Bed, Final Cleaning, Heating, Late Arrival, Pets, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit in cash, Tourist tax.

We were a family of 10 plus 2 children and a dog. We had an amazing time! The villa and the pool can fit all of us and we even drove to nearby villages as well to visit. The only thing that was annoying was the mosquitos. There were a lot of them.

Property was great, owners were very easy to work with. Renting a house is a bit different than staying in a hotel, you need to think about items you don’t usually consider such as bathroom and kitchen supplies. Property was exactly as described!

Only four of us for 8 days. The villa holds 12. We used one floor only, just made coffee every morning and then left for day trips. No cooking etc. kept temperature low, only used lights in a few rooms in the evening.
When we checked out the surcharge for gas and electricity was €920! This was very disappointing.
