The home features an infrared sauna, central heating, and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a recreation room with billiards, table football, and a game console. The garden includes a barbecue, boules court, and a 36 m² terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing by the water. A children’s bed and high chair are also provided, making it family-friendly.
Located just 5 km from Paliseul, with restaurants, supermarkets, and outdoor activities nearby, the home is also close to Semois, Bouillon, and scenic hiking and mountain biking trails. Whether you're casting a line in the private pond or exploring the Ardennes, this charming mill offers a peaceful and playful countryside experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
The house owner lives in the same house where the apartment is situated
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Dit was echt zo’n leuk en bijzonder huis. Het is vol met leuke verrassingen. Vaak is een huis minder mooi als op de foto’s maar dit overtrof onze verwachtingen. Echt genoten van dit verblijf. Huis was ook erg netjes en schoon.

We hebben in dit huis een super tof en leuk weekend gehad, een warm onthaal van de mevrouw, alles was er! Héél netjes en zo gezellig!! Dit is echt een aanrader !

Wat een heerlijk huis! Geweest met een gezelschap van 10 personen. 5 volwassenen en 5 kinderen van 10-15 jaar. Bij ontvangst zat de sleutel in de deur en konden wij op ons gemak even “landen”. De eigenaresse kwam de volgende ochtend (nadat ze ons daar een halfuurtje na binnenkomst keurig over had gebeld), voor wat uitleg. We hebben echt een week genoten. Van de speelkamer, het terras, de jeux de boules baan, de omgeving en niet te vergeten; de ezel! Er zijn heel wat wortels doorheen gegaan. Ruime keuken voorzien van alles wat je maar denkt nodig te hebben. Vooral de grote ijskast en twee vriezers waren erg prettig. Ook heel fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zijn in het huisje. Kortom echt niets op aan te merken. Het is dat wij het altijd leuk vinden om elke keer weer een ander huisje te zoeken anders zou ik er zeker nog eens terugkomen. Fam Breuren
