About this house rental
Located just outside the peaceful village of Sosoye (Anhée), this 7-bedroom holiday home is perfect for family gatherings or group getaways of up to 15 guests. Enjoy evenings on the terrace with a barbecue and wine, or relax in the furnished garden with a good book. A pet is welcome for an additional fee. Surrounded by the Molignée Valley, the home is close to a lake (1 km) and popular attractions like Les Jardins d’Annevoie, Maredsous Abbey, Castle Montaigne, and Les Draisines de la Molignée. Shops and restaurants are just 12 km away, and the town center is 15 km for a day of exploring. Inside, the home features central heating, a cozy sitting room with fireplace, a verandah for shared meals, and a well-equipped kitchen. Please note: groups of youngsters, student parties, and loud gatherings are not permitted. A tranquil and spacious retreat in the heart of the Ardennes.

Très bel endroit mais déçue par la propreté de la maison . En arrivant, nous avons nettoyé toute la maison . Il faisait très froid à l'intérieur, maison non chauffée et chauffage non entretenu, il n'y avait presque plus d'eau dans la chaudière . Nous avons donc coinsommé beaucoup de mazout en ayant froid . Le gîte nous a presque coûté le double avec les frais de mazout et de nettoyage qui n'avait pas été fait . Une autre petite surprise, 35€ pour les déchets (je paie environ 100€ par an)
