'Cà Beppi' is the name of our house.
(Giuseppe was my father's name. "Beppi" for everyone. The name of our house is a tribute to his memory. Follow us on our social networks)
Our customers will find a cordial and warm, simple, clean and family atmosphere: for any question, doubt, problem or information for your visits, ring the bell of our house. During your stay, we are happy to be your point of reference.
The location is ideal for those who want to visit Venice without staying in the city, but also want to know other locations that our Veneto can offer. After a wonderful day in which you have visited Venice, returning to a quiet place where perhaps you can dine outside in the garden, can be very relaxing.
The apartment can be reached directly by car necessary to stay in our house, arranged over two floors, it is completely independent from our house: you will share with us a large garden and everything you will find outside (table, umbrella, chairs and a cot, tennis rackets, barbecue) ..
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a large living room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. WiFi and air conditioning in the sleeping area.
Games for children and ample free parking inside the property. Independent access 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, offer a small welcome gift.
Water park and municipal swimming pools a few kilometers away. Supermarkets, small shops and good restaurants nearby. In fact, in our area you can find some outlets selling ready meals to enjoy at home with peace of mind and savings (fish, pasta, grilled meat, pizza...). Of course you will also find many restaurants and pizzerias. We will give you the right advice for your needs.
Excellent location for visiting Venice, just a few kilometers from home: the two railway stations with ample free parking are just a few kilometers from our home. You can get to Venice, even by bus.
It is also very easy to go in a short time to other tourist destinations in the Veneto region: Chioggia, Padua, Verona, the Dolomites, Lake Garda, etc. If you wish, we can give you many suggestions on the most suggestive itineraries and hidden places to visit both in Venice and in the surrounding areas.
WE SUGGEST having a car available. But we have already had some guests who have traveled only by taxi and public transport. If this is of interest to you and you do not have a car, we recommend asking us for detailed information BEFORE booking so that we know the situation

This was the perfect place for us. Very nice town outside of the touristy Venice but a quick 12 minute train in and out. The house was very clean and felt very welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we get to go back. Gianpaolo was very good about communicating and even assisted with arranging transportation from the airport.

Gianpaolo and family stayed up late when our flight was very late to welcome us to their home. The property was spotless! Location was perfect, as the train station (to travel into Venice) was a short car ride away. We wete made extremely welcome, Vera even baked us a fruit pie!

We spent a week with Gianpaolo and Vera and enjoyed the time very much. We were warmly welcomed personally and everything was explained to us and we were given tips for restaurants and excursions. We could write to him at any time via WhatsApp if we had any questions or ring the doorbell next door. The house was very clean and the three of us (my husband, our daughter and I) had plenty of space. That was great, especially after our arrival day and in extremely rainy weather! We drove from there by car to the parking lot at the train station and then made excursions by train. That worked perfectly! We can only recommend the accommodation!

Es war ein wunderbarer Sommerurlaub, den wir bei den äußerst freundlichen Vermietern Gianpaolo und Vera mit Matteo verbringen dürften. Objektbeschreibung und Realität absolut übereinstimmend, das Wichtigste sind die an jedem Fenster vorhandenen Fliegengitter und die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Venedig, Padua, Chioggia und Treviso,auch an die Strände nach Sottomarina und Jesolo.
Der Kuchen von Vera und die Erträge aus dem Garten waren prima. Supermarkt in der näheren Umgebung. Die Tipps von Gianpaolo bzgl. Essen und Ausflüge waren hervorragend. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit!!!
