About this villa rental
Sinatsakis Villas is a charming holiday complex comprising three separate and autonomous villas, each one with its own private swimming pool: Villa Anna, Villa Maria, and Villa Ioanna, located side by side.
Settled in Pigi village, close to Rethymno, the Villas are only 2 km away from its long sandy beach and just 500 meters away from the village center, where you can find several shops, such as a bakery, tavernas, pharmacy, mini market, and butcher.
Villa Ioanna is a two-bedroom Villa, covering 100 m2, and can accommodate up to 5 people in beds and up to 6 guests in a sofa bed if necessary.
Indoor Layout
Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area which consists of a living room with a comfortable double sofa (that can accommodate 1 guest), a 50" smart TV, an open fireplace, a Playstation 3 console, and an office. The living room area has a balcony which you can also access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining table are also available. Then as you pass through the hallway, there is the first bedroom on your right side with a Queen-size bed. Going through this bedroom, there is another smaller bedroom separated by a sliding door with a single bed. The second bedroom is found on your left side of the hall way with 2 single beds which can be set up as a double bed. At the end of the hallway, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor Area
Outdoors, there is an organised fenced area for each villa with relaxing environment surrounded by trees and flowers. More specifically the outdoor facilities of Villa Ioanna include:
-A 30 sq.m. private swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with and an outdoor sink
-Outdoor dining area for al fresco dining
-Lawn covered area for the kids to play, next to the pool
-We offer bicycles upon request
-Parking space inside the villa premises
** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

We loved staying in this beautiful villa in Pigi.The villa itself was clean, well equipped and spacious. The bed comfortable, slept very well with the black out blinds and aircon.We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, the views of fields, bbq facilities and friendly ginger cat who came to hang out!Pigi itself has a lovely restaurant- shop and butchers and we got a bus into Rethymno easily when we wanted more options.I’d 100% recommend this villa!

We loved our time at the villa. We were welcomed by the friendly owner. The villa is perfect. Good location, quiet, yet within walking distance to restaurants and a small supermarket. And beach is very closeby as well as Rethymnon. The concierge team is excellent as well. They clean the house and change the linnen every 3 days. Matthew was very fast in answering questions and solving little things. We loved the house, the decor, the outdoor space and the swimming pool. Everything was exactly as described. And we used the service provided by Ettouri in renting a boat without license, to cruise along the coastline. In short: perfect stay in perfect villa with excellent host. We would definately recommend this villa.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. The location was ideal for us, quiet, yet not too remote. The taverna and butchers in the village are lovely and very reasonably priced. The manager could not do enough to help us. Met us at the villa on the first day which was late in the evening and explained all. We then needed his help on 2 occasions as locked our selves out (doh, teenages) and he came to the rescue. The villa was just perfect, had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool was beautiful and just what needed. We would highly recommend this place and although we tend not to return to the same place may have to make an exception for this one.

The Villa was in excellent condition: Very clean; well equipped, extremely good located in relation to shops; beaches; Rethymno.The service from Etouri was very friendly and always very helpful - even in the evening
