Come relax on a balcony and enjoy our stunning sea views at Yellow Sands. Our 4 star apartment with balcony over looking the beach is located just 200 meters from Harlyn Bay a superb sandy beach and the coastal footpath. Harlyn Bay is renowned for safe bathing and good surfing conditions with golden sands, rock pools to explore and wonderful cliff top walks along the coastal path in both directions - especially beautiful in spring and early summer when fringed with wild flowers. Over the years Yellow Sands has welcomed back many families and couples for their annual summer and seasonal breaks.

The accommodation comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite shower washbasin and toilet; Twin single bedroom; separate lounge with Ercol furniture, TV, DVD and CD. Separate kitchen/dining room including built in oven/hob, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. and family bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Plus wi-fi and on-site parking for one car, communal lawn area with tables chairs and sun lounges and a children’s play area.
Padstow is only 3 miles away. Built around a cove on the River Camel Estuary it has grown over centuries into a picturesque fishing harbour town with lots to tell in terms of history and custom. Excellent property right next to beach. Decent size and condition. Slight shame its behind the building site that used to be the Haylrn inn, but that didnt really impact us, and the noise was minimal.

A beautiful property in a fabulous location, the property was spotlessly clean, Martin was extremely helpful and the views in the apartment were stunning, only a 5 minute walk to Harlyn beach made our holiday perfect. We hope to stay again very soon. 😊
