About this apartment rental
Sea Spirit is a 2-bedroom apartment with probably THE most magnificent views of St Ives. It has two bedrooms both ensuite; one bedroom is a double bedroom with ensuite shower and a super king size bedroom (that can also be configured as a twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds so please not it is super king in width only) with ensuite shower room.
The living room has spectacularly beautiful sea and harbour views and beyond to Hayle and Godrevy Lighthouse. Really, the photos don’t lie.. It's even better in person, we promise!
The kitchen and dining area is ample for a family of 4 for a week or two. The living area is comfortable with a Bluetooth sound system and Smart TV.
Sea Spirit is in a traffic-free zone and is accessed via a path that runs in front of the terrace of sea-facing houses. Sea Spirit is a top floor apartment. It is very close to St Ives’ best beaches with Porthmeor Beach being just a couple of minutes' walk away and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and eateries are very nearby too.
There is free WiFi throughout the apartment.
Please note, the parking space for Sea Spirit is at St Ives Rugby Club where there is a generous, allocated space for your entire holiday. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to your car from the apartment.
There is a shared tiered, terraced garden area at the front of Sea Spirit’s building where you can sit and enjoy the views!
As the apartment is a penthouse apartment taking up the whole of the top floor, if you have mobility issues, please contact a member of the Orange Roofs team to discuss if it would be a suitable choice.
All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.

We loved staying at Sea Spirit. The booking and checking in process was flawless, lots of communication from Orange Roofs who manage the rental of this property on behalf of the owners. The prosecco and biscuits were such a lovely treat on arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the photos don’t lie...the view from the apartment was incredible. We were able to drive close to the accommodation and drop off our bags, the apartment was well equipped and we were able to cook with ease most evenings. Just two points to note for families with babies, the stairs leading from the front door of the apartment itself up to the apartment are incredibly steep so might be unsuitable for those with babies unless some kind of stair gate can be arranged. Also, both of the en-suites although beautiful only have showers which again might be a problem for families with babies. As our children are that little bit older these didn’t cause us a problem but they’re things I would have wanted to know if they were younger. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the parking space but we have two small children (4 and 6). The apartment is a stones throw from Fore Street and the beaches are within walking distance. You will not regret booking this accommodation for your stay in St. Ives.
