About this apartment rental
This bright and beautiful flat on the second floor of a recent building complex, is located about 500 meters (about 1200 foot) from the amazing medieval Lucca's walls surrounding the heart of the city and just few steps away from ancient Borgo Giannotti that with its shops, bars and resturants is the perfect destination for a relaxing stroll.
The apartment recently renovated with modern furniture and fast WI-FI connection, is provided with:
a 55 square meters (about 590 square foot) sun terrace where the guests will be able to rest and relax in the sun on stylish chairs and
beds or dine in the evening breezy air under the elegant arbour;
a living room equipped with a comfortable sofà, a flat screen TV and a warm fireplace;
a kitchen fully equipped with all the optional including a brand new dishwasher;
a bathroom with a bathtub and bidet;
two bedrooms : one with double bed and a 49” flat screen TV and the other with two single beds with the possibility of joining them at
the guest’s request;
Air conditioning all over the house;
Private parking secured by a movable barrier;
A large box with two bikes available to the guests for free.
In addition the apartment is very close to the bus stop which is connected with the bus station and other places of interest.

The checkin was easy. Communication was excellent. Very clean and bike access was a huge plus t to explore Lucca. From the outside the apartment does not look like much, but the inside is clean and nice and very well appointed.

First Ivana and her son, Alessandro, are the best host!!! Their beautiful apartment had everything we needed and there was even a surprise gift when we arrived. The bikes were a definite plus as a means of transportation. The apartment is conveniently located. We enjoyed having such a nice place to come back to after our day trips to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, and Volterra. We definitely enjoyed our time there and hope to be back soon and will definitely recommend staying at Ivana’s apartment. Thank you!!!

A lovely apartment, attractively furnished and well equipped.Great location - an easy walk or cycle ride into the walled city of Lucca.Fab roof terrace. Lovely to have when it was really hot - nice to have somewhere to chill.Ivana was a pleasure to deal with. Helpful and so thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this apartment.
