The property sleeps up to 18 guests. We are located in the heart of North London 12mins walking to the Manor house station on the Piccadilly line. We are only 15mins to central london oxford street. The Piccadilly line operates a 24hr night tube service on Friday and Saturdays. We are in a great location if you would like to explore London by tube and are on a budget. Places to see below in (mins) minutes it will take you. Oxford street 18mins Piccadilly Circus 20mins Camden Town / market 25mins Stratford / Olympic park 20mins Westfield shopping centre 20mins Brick Lane / Shoreditch 20mins Westminster / Big Ben 25mins London eye 25mins Hyde park 25mins Harry Potter studio 45mins Alexandra palace 10mins Madame Tussaud's and Sherlock home museum 26mins Trafalgar Square and national gallery 25mins Harringey green lanes is a short walking distance where you can find supermarkets and places to eat. The nearest underground station is Manor House, on the Piccadilly line. It is only 12min walk or 5 min by bus from the property. The large rooms have lockable doors and you will been given a set of keys. The property has free WIFI The bedrooms have its own en suite with all toiletries and essentials free to use. The bedrooms have its own fridge. I treat this like my home so it is kept clean and tidy. Your rooms will have clean towels and bedding. It is very easy to get to the property from airports. We have a driver that can collect from the airport and drop you back to the airport just message me for prices better than uber. If you are traveling from stanstead airport, get the stanstead express train to Tottenham Hale station and jump on the Victoria line underground to Finsbury park station and we are only one stop away. If you are coming from Gatwick use the Gatwick express to Victoria and then use the Victoria line underground to Finsbury park station and we are 30mis away. If you are arriving from Heathrow then use the Piccadilly line straight to Manor house underground. You will need to allow around one hour to get to the property as London is very busy. We have a driver that can collect from the airport and drop you back to the airport just message me for prices better than uber. North London has got many different cultures and is ideal for anyone traveling on a budget, that is looking to for easy transport links around London Town. Free WIFI is included I provide tube maps and information about London in the kitchen. The property is situated off green lanes, in a private gated development. I will send you check in information before you arrive. The property has a key-less entry door lock for your convenience, I will send you the code for the front door and gate.

You are renting my private residential house in a very residential area; , so please do not treat it as a B&B or hotel, because it is not.
Please be respectful of the house and neighbourhood after 10pm it would be a shame if I get complaints and I needed to let Home and Away know about any incidents that occur.
We live in a quiet residential zone so this mean no noise outside after 9pm
No smoking in the apartment. You can smoke in the garden. please treat the space like your own and respect neighbours.
After 6 guests Extra £50 per night per guest. I will send you a special price.

Worked well enough for our group. Small living room area for our large group. Confusing entrance at first due to being on a different street. Clean and safe with enough beds and bathrooms. Need to have hand towels and wash clothes available.

My family of 9 (including an eight month old and 3 year old) needed a place for a London wedding. The place was the perfect size. We especially loved sitting at the tables on the front porch each evening after getting the kids to bed. Great bathrooms. We were there during a heat wave, worst in a while, but Nev provided us with fans that helped. The street noise was a little frustrating since we had all the windows open. Check in was easy and Nev helped us find transportation to the airport for check out.

This is a tricky VRBO to evaluate. For our family of 12, it was good. The owner does not show a picture of the home, because there is basically no front. You enter though a gate on a side street, and then up a set of stairs to the property's door. The home is three levels after the climb to the "front door". The 4 1/2 baths were scattered through the home with 3 bedrooms having one. 2 baths were back-to-back on the 1st floor making some of the family come down a flight of steps to use them. Two bedrooms look out over Green Lanes. The kitchen is small for a house that could hold 18, but the decks were nice to have. The neighborhood is basically city, with people still out and about well after 10PM. We never felt weirdly about the neighborhood, and one night tried a local Turkish restaurant. Using the day pass, you could hop a bus one block north and get to the Manor House tube station with no problem. From there, the subway took you into London on the Piccadilly line. Coming home the bus stop was a half block north. On our block of Green Lanes, we found a store that had drinks and food for the start of the day's adventure. We happen to be in London during a major heat wave, and like many homes in London there was no A/C. The fans helped, but we didn't use the very top BR. Overall, would I recommend this home? Yes, I would. It was great for a family of 6 adults and 6 children. The owner was in constant contact with us and always answered my questions quickly.

We had 11 people travel from the US for a long weekend to watch football. The house was ideally situated 10 minutes walk from the tube station in a very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and there was ample room for all of us to stay. Nev was always available via text and answered all our questions promptly
