The location was ideal
One of the bedrooms was so cold, it was unusable.

A large stylish apartment in a fabulous location. Great size for a a family of 5 for a longer stay in London.
The heating was not great. Very warm downstairs, but cold upstairs. Kids couldn’t use the upstairs bathroom because it was too cold (despite having the heated towel rack on). Some things (cupboards and blinds) broken - but not huge problem. The £800 deposit was a bit of a shock (it does say it in the fine print, but didn’t see until it was requested before check in). Took some time to get the £ back.
Only minor problems and would definitely still recommend to stay here.

The flat was in a great location and within walking distance to many attractions.
We were able to check in a little earlier.
Bed was comfortable.
Flat c .On arrival we were given the wrong keys in the box. We had to chase down the cleaner who got us the correct ones after a few minutes.
We noticed as soon as we walked in a horrible spicy food smell that lingered the whole time we were there. This was not pleasant. The whole apartment didn't smell fresh.
Also straight away in the bedroom we noticed all the glass furniture was badly damaged, the carpet had a really bad stain and the TV was broken with a line down it. This was very worrying for us as we had paid £600 damages deposit! We informed the cleaner and agent straight away but they already knew as I just looked back on reviews and in Jan 2025 someone had done a review reporting the sane findings. . So in a year nothing has been replaced or fixed. This is really bad and has made us very angry to read and see this. At the time of reporting this to the agent there was no apology or reassurance and they've known about it for over a year.
Also heating was very difficult to control the temperature.
Lack of kitchen equipment and glasses and plates etc smelt horrible and not clean.
Didn't appreciate either a message to say we had left the main door open!
