About this apartment rental
Studio - 25m2 cabin for 4 people on the 4th floor with lift, functional and pleasant furnishings, classified 3 * (official national classification: "Atout France")
Located in the Grande Motte district in Val Claret, "Rond Point des Pistes" building, you have direct access to the slopes and ski lifts.
In summer, the "Sport Tignes / My Tignes Open" card is offered to all occupants of the apartment.
Living / dining room with large folding double bed 160x200 with duvet, TV (flat screen), Internet access,
2 bunk beds with duvets in the adjacent cabin.
Kitchen area (mini-oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher).
Bathroom / Shower and separate WC
The terrace faces west, facing the start of the slopes.
The residence is equipped with ski lockers and the ski lifts are accessible within 50 meters.
A mini-market and ski rental companies are also right at the foot of the building as well as restaurants.
Rental by period of 7 days from SATURDAY to SATURDAY, from mid-November to May.
The apartment should be returned as clean as it was left for you. We can take care of the cleaning on your request (35 €).
The linen is offered as an OPTION at the following price (to be paid at the reception):
Sheets kit (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcases) for the 160x200 double bed: 17 €
Sheets kit (fitted sheet + duvet cover + pillowcase) for each single bed 80x190: 12 €
Towel kit (hand towel + bath towel): 5 € per person
bath mat: € 3

Kitchenette bien conçue. Avec passe-plat vers la table du séjour. Agréable canapé. Salle de bains avec baignoire. Coin montagne pourvu d'une fenêtre et bon matelas dans les lits superposés. Balcon.

Description exacte à l'annonce. Studio très bien situé au pied des piste. Très bien isolé au niveau chauffage ou du bruit extérieur. Cuisine moderne avec vaisselles neuves. Commerces accessibles.
Petit bémol : le matelas du clic-clac, pas assez ferme par rapport aux ressorts, mais après une bonne journé de ski et une bonne raclette, on dors bien....

I stayed here with my two sons, aged 16 and 18. We all agreed it was a great option. The boys used the bunks and I was on the sofa bed. For 3 people it was fine, but with 4 would probably be a bit of a tight squeeze. Most main lifts from Val Claret are pretty much on your doorstep (except Tufs), and there is a Sherpa and ski hire on the ground floor of the building. For the main centre of Val Claret, just take the lift at the back of the building. Keys, linen etc are picked up from Corinne in a nearby shop. She speaks English and is very helpful. In short, highly recommended if you prefer value and convenience over luxury!

Localisation idéale très proche des pistes et des commerces.
Par contre lit canapé avec un matelas bon à jeter (très fin et creux au milieu) ... Mal dormi pendant une semaine !
Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée donc on nous a attribué une carafe cassée alors qu'on ne savait même pas qu'elle était là... Ménage clairement pas fait par les précédents locataires : on a dû passer l'aspirateur en arrivant.
