About this apartment rental
Studio of 22 m2 renovated in a modern style, with a balcony facing East and located in the residence "Le Hameau du Borsat" with direct access to the slopes.
The apartment is classified 2 stars in furnished tourism.
Ideally located, next to the kindergartens and ESF courses, pizzeria, shops and ski rental at the foot of the building.
Direct access to the funicular for the glacier and summer skiing.
For the summer, hiking trails with direct access and MyTignes partnership: the My Tignes Card is at a preferential price (-40%) for any stay of at least one night in Tignes allowing access to lots of free activities: beach soccer, beach volleyball, water pedal, kayak, stand-up-paddle, swimming pool, trampoline, mini golf, archery, not to mention bike park and unlimited pedestrian lifts.
Free shuttle between the different districts of Tignes.
The living room opens onto the balcony with a very beautiful view of the mountains and the TUFS. You will have a ski locker in a secure area. Arranged and equipped for 4 people, the studio includes:
- A living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm wide), TV and dining area, large closet and dresser.
- A true separate cabin room with 2 bunk beds and a large closet with dresser.
- A modern kitchen with new appliances (4-burner stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, raclette machine, Nespresso machine).
- A bathroom with bath and separate toilet
- Duvets and pillows provided.
Possibility to rent extra sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning service as well as a covered parking space.
Apartment without carpet, non-smoking (but balcony exposed EST), pets not allowed.

Great and prompt communication prior to stay. Apartment in excellent condition and as described and perfectly suitable for my needs as a solo traveller. Almost direct access to and from the slopes with only a 50m walk each way.
