About this villa rental
Villa Victoria is set on the outskirts of Rethymno, just beside the charming village of Gallos. Its elevated, hilltop location offers breathtaking views from every angle of the pool area and balconies. Nestled in nature and perched next to a small gorge, the villa provides a peaceful retreat where guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of both the sea and the gorge. Despite its serene setting, Rethymno city and its long sandy beach are only a short 6 km drive away.
Spread across three floors, Villa Victoria comfortably accommodates 10 guests in its five bedrooms, with the option to host up to 12 guests if needed.
Ground Floor
Living room with fireplace, home cinema, indoor dining area, direct access to the main balcony with panoramic views
-Fully equipped, meticulously designed kitchen
-Two bedrooms with double beds (1.40 x 2.00), each with direct access to the pool and barbecue area
-Family bathroom on the same floor
First Floor
-Master bedroom featuring: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, private veranda with sea views, open loft area suitable as an office or relaxation space with a sofa bed for the 11th guest
-Additional bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00)
Lower Floor
-Gym area equipped with: Abs bench, parallel bars, boxing bag, multifunctional apparatus, free weights
-Bathroom with shower & laundry room located on this floor
-Playroom featuring: 40" HDTV, PlayStation 4, selection of board games
Bedroom with: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), sofa bed for the 12th guest, en-suite bathroom with shower
Outdoor Area
Expansive 4,000 sqm. outdoor space featuring: 1,000 sqm. of gardens with vegetables, fruit trees, herbs, and flowers
Terrace amenities include:
-Private 55 m2 swimming pool (1.50-1.80 m deep) with step access and child-safe pool alarm
-Sun beds, umbrellas, and outdoor seating
-4-seater hot tub
-Outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, wood oven, sink, and 2 gas hobs, plus dining area for al fresco meals
-Playground with swings and outdoor toys
-Fully private outdoor area enclosed by a stone wall
-Automatic gate, private driveway, and camera security system for complete safety and convenience
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is spacy and modern and the outside (large garden with outdoor kitchen and pool) are is very convenient.

We have just come back from a fortnight at Villa Victoria and feel completely refreshed and relaxed. Villa Victoria is by far the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything is provided for you...charcoal for the BBQ, wood for the Pizza oven, dishwasher tablets etc. If we needed anything or had any questions the owners, Vicky and Kostas, were easily contactable and readily helped us out from helping us sort out car hire to helping us order food to be delivered. When we arrived at the villa we were met by Vicky and Kostas who immediately made us feel very welcome and had even cooked us some delicious food which was very much appreciated at half past ten at night. The grounds are exactly as the pictures show and there is so much space that you can always find a quiet spot, either in the shade or the lovely Cretan sun. The villa was spotlessly clean and was kept that way throughout the stay, being thoroughly cleaned every two days. There is a small mini market within walking distance which has all the basic necessities and is run by a very friendly local. There is also Christo's Taverna about a 15 minutes walk away which we would definitely recommend for good value, home cooked Greek food with a wonderfully welcoming host.Thank you Vicky and Kostas for a fantastic fortnight.
