1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, kitchen, large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, separable into 2 single beds. Individual heating and fans. In summer, the house is airy and rather cool. Bathroom with bath and shower. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, modern oven, all accessories, TV, PC, WI-FI for Internet available.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2001 and tastefully furnished, is equipped with every comfort and has a large supply of laundry and dishes. Small communal garden, with a small table. Excellent property in a peaceful residential area of the Lido. Good access to shops, restaurants, beach and the vaporetti for 20 minute travel by waterbus to Venice and the Grand Canal.

Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful spot on the Lido. Close to all shops and amenities as well as the beach. A short walk from the vaporetti ferries.

Great authentic house on Lido island. The vaporetto stop is 5 minutes by walking from the house and brings you to Venice in about 20-30 minutes. It’s also possible to take the vaporetto to go to the other islands. It’s very quiet and it gives you a break from the center of Venise. There are some restaurants and bars nearby. The beach is about 5 minutes walk also. Bruno and Marco were great hosts. Thank you for everything!

The location of the propertiy is perfect. It is close to shops and to the beach. Communication with the owner was very good. However, the property is dated. It is okay to stay as long as you don’t expect luxury.
