    I’d seen Hotel Kong Arthur recommended many times on a Facebook group. was happy to get a good deal on Agoda and ended up being allocated room 415, which has a fantastic view across Peblinge Sø Lake. The Standard Room was small, but comfortable for me as a single traveller. I appreciated all the charging ports in the room and I had a great sleep every night in the bed. The bathroom was functional and well-stocked with toiletries. The bar is a great area to relax during the day and I also enjoyed meeting new people during the Cozy Hour in the evening. Staff were always friendly throughout the stay and housekeeping was very good. The hotel is in a central location, close to buses and walkable to the Metro (Nørreport Station). There are also a number of excellent places to eat around the hotel including Høst and La Rocco, and the Torvehallerne food market isn’t far away either.

    The internet connection is not good, especially night. I complaint about it and the staff replied me “that is normal, today is a Denmark football match day, every one uses internet at the same time in the hotel”. I was understanding for the first day, but the second night it was totally the same problem with internet connection. So, if you have to use internet connection please think twice. Another problem, in summertime, there is not a full darkness on the sky, so the curtains should be closed properly, but there is no fully suitable them in the room. I had to close the curtains with my scarf needles and hairpin to sleep. The last one, there is stairs in the entrance, no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to go inside. Please, please think twice. Other things is OK, but not enough.
