Within the Mountain Community of the Blue Mountains, in the Macerata area of the Marche region between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains National Park, the "Old House" rises from a refined and recent renovation.
The apartment, on a hill at 650 meters above sea level, overlooks a breathtaking panorama and is immersed in an area rich in history, culture and natural beauty. It is 1 km from the enchanting village of Penna San Giovanni. You can take walks or mountain bikes through various paths.
Excellent starting point for a trip to the sea or to the high mountains, both reachable within half an hour.
The apartment in Villa is spread over an area of 120 square meters: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with central island, dining room, large living room / lounge, closet.
Entrance from the panoramic garden equipped with benches table and barbecue.
Furnished with valuable furniture and accessories and fully equipped, it allows guests to manage themselves independently as in their homes.
The following accessories are available: digital terrestrial TV, satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo, wireless hotspot, hairdryer, fans, electric oven, mosquito nets, refrigerator, toaster, espresso coffee machines, various detergents, dishes of all kinds, ironing boards and iron, drying rack, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, tourist information / itineraries.
In addition to the services listed above you will have at your disposal: complete linen for the kitchen, bathrooms, beds (including weekly change) and everything you need to clean the house. This means that during your stay, meal and cleaning services are not provided by the structure, with the exception of the basket with typical welcome gastronomic products offered by the house (for a minimum stay of one week).
Outside: park with fully furnished swimming pool, garden, park, parking, tables, benches, barbecue, external lights. Everything in our property is exclusively available to the 2 apartments in the Villa.
It is possible to rent bicycles 10 km away from the hotel.

We spent a wonderful holiday in a beautiful, idyllically located and just fantastic house. For us as a family with 2 children, we spent wonderful days at the pool and in nature, although it is a good half hour by car to the sea.
Thanks to Claudia for the warm welcome, the many great tips and a wonderful holiday. We will definitely come again.

La casa è ben ristrutturata, comoda e dotata di ogni confort; posizione incantevole con un panorama indimenticabile. Silenziosa, tranquilla. La piscina è sufficientemente grande, accessoriata, molto ben tenuta e con bellissima vista sui monti e sui paesi circostanti. Ottima esperienza, da ripetere.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Penna San Giovanni. Das Haus und die ganze Anlage samt Pool machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck.
Hervorzuheben sind die freundliche Vermieterin Claudia, die ruhige Lage mit Panoramablick und die trotzdem schnelle Erreichbarkeit des kleinen Ortes mit allem was man so brauchen kann. (Laden, Bäcker, Trattoria/Bar).

Het huis is nog mooier dan de plaatjes. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras is naar alle kanten adembenemend.
Ik kan het iedereen aanraden. ideaal voor uitstapjes. Naar zee is het echter best een eind. Naar Ancona ben je wel 1,5 uur zoet.
Enige minpunt vond ik dat de beloofde fietsen er niet waren. Niet dat we ze misten, maar als je ze vermeldt dan zouden ze er ook moeten zijn.
Claudia was een perfecte en lieve gastvrouw en verraste ons bij aankomst met allerlei lekkernijen zoals ham, meloen,, stokbrood en een fles heerlijke wijn van de streek.
De Marken is een heerlijk gebied, niet toeristisch maar zo mooi.
Ik kan het huis van harte aanbevelen. Niet verder zoeken maar snel boeken.
