Villa San Valentino is located in Santo Stefano, a hamlet of Osimo (4 km from the town), in a panoramic, green, peaceful and quiet area with great archaeological and architectural value, in a position from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Mount Conero. 'Villa SanValentino' is a charming residence, inserted in an architectural complex consisting of 3 villas, one of which is inhabited by the owners, the structure revives the emotions of the past, an elegant and unique residence in the originality of its style, next to to the period building where the charm of history is accompanied by the most current comforts.

The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to reach the beaches of the famous Conero Riviera, go shopping in the numerous outlets in the area at exceptional prices, admire the local handicrafts, taste the typical products of the place thanks to the food and wine itineraries, to follow cultural events and exhibitions, to take long walks, enjoying the numerous gardens and the splendid landscapes in the area, to reach the chain of the Sibillini mountains.
A short distance from our residence guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.

The villa is the perfect place for all traveling families who will feel at home here, thanks also to the services dedicated to your children, for a romantic getaway to meet again and rediscover themselves, for lovers of the silence of nature and distant tranquility from the city .
Our rooms
With us, up to 6 + 1 guests can stay in:
1 room that can accommodate 3 people: two adults in a double bed and the addition of a bed
1 bedroom that can accommodate 2 people in a double bed
1 bedroom that can accommodate 2 people in a double bed or 2 single beds
In the house our guests will find hairdryer, camping bed for children (if required), TV, luggage rack, mini-bar.
We will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends.
San Valentino is the dependence of a historic residence and is located in the large park of the structure: a single entrance formed by a welcoming avenue will immediately immerse you in the particular and fascinating environment and will lead you to the large square used as a parking lot in the midst of ancient oaks, from here you access, in a completely private way, through a lovely staircase to the villa reserved for holiday home.
A large and comfortable lounge-dining room gathers guests in the morning for a hearty breakfast. Next to it there is a small kitchen equipped with all appliances; adjacent to the kitchen on the outdoor terrace you can have breakfast or lunch outdoors. The style of the house is respectful of the environment: terracotta flooring, sandstone finishes; ceilings with exposed wooden beams. The furniture is vintage, simple and elegant. Everything has been subject to a discreet and careful restructuring. In the vicinity there are several restaurants / taverns with meat or fish menus with a good price ratio. The structure is unique for the large park that surrounds it, for the atmosphere of absolute peace and relaxation. All 4 km from the center of the village Osimo renowned for its history.
The structure is given on request 'exclusively' as a holiday home for minimum periods of a week or more or during the year it is also used on request as a bed and breakfast.

La villa è in una grande proprietà, arredata molto bene, con tutti i servizi. Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo trovati molto bene come spazi, unica pecca la mancanza di zanzariere a tutte le finestre.
Osimo è in una posizione ottima sia per vita di mare sia per numerose gite nei paraggi (recanati, grotte di frasassi, Loreto e tanti altri splendidi luoghi).

Una casa accogliente dotata di tutto il necessario in un luogo incantevole tra le colline marchigiane. Abbiamo trovato tutta la pace e la tranquillità di cui avevamo bisogno. Sarà un piacere farvi ritorno.

Una casa accogliente e ospitale come la padrona che ti apre la porta. Se cercate il silenzio della natura insieme alla vicinanza al mare, non potete trovare posto migliore!

La casa ha mantenuto le aspettative dell'annuncio. Una bella dimora inserita in un contesto di grande pregio con la villa storica che cattura ad ogni ora del giorno. La casa è veramente accogliente e ben studiata per essere goduta. Attrezzata per essere sfruttata sui vari lati della casa in base alle esposizioni del sole. Nel terrazzo sul retro abbiamo goduto anche di una serata Bbq col respiro delle querce secolari. Molto bello. Posizione e strategica per chi vuole visitare la regione. Nel complesso tutto molto positivo. Grazie Ludovica
