Beautiful 2/4 person flat FEET IN THE WATER of 65m2 with loggia panoramic sea view, on the first floor (with lift) of a luxury building secured (digicode and caretaker) and ideally located.

Not overlooked, this flat has just been completely renovated.
It comprises a master bedroom with a 160cm bed and a dressing room, a second sleeping area/office with a fold-out bed for 2 people (140cm), a modern bathroom with shower and towel dryer, a separate individual WC, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, utility room with washing machine and other equipment, large comfortable panoramic lounge with large-screen TV opening onto a loggia with dining table for 4/6 people and relaxation area (recliners and small table).

Direct access to the beach via a private gate in the building and to the promenade des flots bleus linking the famous CAP 3000 shopping centre (voted "World's Best Shopping Centre") and the Port of Saint Laurent du Var with its many shops and restaurants.
Everything is within walking distance, with no traffic.
Private parking available.

Stayed a week to participate in L’étape du Tour a cycle race on Sunday, location amazing, beach a stone throw away Cap3000 100 yards to the entrance, loads of restaurants close by cycle lane to go to Nice or all the way to Antibes. Could even possibly walk from the airport, only half a mile away at most. Only possible down side is mosquitoes, take precautions, however many you kill there always seemed to be two or three in the flat, even with the air con on.

Words cannot express how lovely our stay was. The place is wonderful and convenient for traveling all over the region. I would definitely stay here again.
