2 br newly remodeled apt by the beach in Koum Kapi. This is literally a 30 second walk to a small, quiet local beach with wonderful views. A 10 minute walk along the sea takes you past cafes, restaurants & bars and into the famous 500-year old Chania Old Town, with its quaint alleyways, cobblestone streets, Venetian Port, amazing restaurants, many shops & great views! Very spacious, sleeps up to 7: Queen (referred to as King in Greece), 160x200 luxury brand new mattresses in each of the 2 bedrooms (one pillow top, one memory foam), couch that opens up to sleep 2 in living room, another couch to sleep one, and a small couch to sleep a small child. Crib available upon request. Wheelchair available upon request. Very quiet, peaceful, safe place, short walk to beach, old town, stores, Central Market, and all of downtown Chania. House has everything you would need + there's a 5 micron filter & a separate filtered water dispenser. Safe bolted to wall for your valuables. Dining table opens up to seat 8. Something else to note: This apt has 2 exits, one front, one rear, so safer than many others with only 1 possible exit.
This is a good sized 2-bedroom apartment, 85 sq mt. It's a semi-basement, with 3 meters of glass doors in the living room, so plenty of light. One bedroom has a small window, the other has no window. Good sized bedrooms, extremely comfortable, new queen beds, quiet.
