Location was very good!
The mattress on the one side is pretty bad.
It would be also nice to have screen door or if the door window can be partially opened.

Location
The location is excellent, right in the center of the old town and just a two-minute walk from the port. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing.
Before check-in, I asked the host specifically whether the only window faced another building, since he had already warned me about humidity issues. He assured me that it looked out onto a quiet street. This was not true. The window faces the wall of the neighboring building just one meter away, and the area is far from quiet. A large dog stays right outside, barking loudly around 5–6 a.m. every morning and often spending time under the window. Since the room is slightly below street level, the dog looks directly inside, and the torn window screen makes it feel even less safe.
The apartment doors are also problematic. The glass interior doors give no privacy, as you can hear every sound and conversation from the neighboring room. The entrance door from the street only closes if slammed hard, which means when neighbors leave early in the morning, the noise wakes you up.
Several sockets did not work properly. For example, the coffee machine could not be used in its place, and the only working sockets were in the bathroom or by the bedside.
Communication with the host is another issue – it feels like a lottery. Replies come very rarely, and often she simply ignores messages.
Overall, the apartment is full of unpleasant issues. Ironically, the single window and humidity – the only things the host warned me about – caused us the least problems
