About this villa rental
Set in a residential area of Calpe this individually designed south facing detached villa is set in its own beautiful gardens, with stunning views over countryside to the Sierra Bernia Mountain range rising to over 1.000 meters. The main town of Calpe is 3km away, where you will find sandy beaches and an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and pavement cafes. Built in a traditional style with whitewash walls, arched wooden windows and exposed beams, the living areas have everything you will need for your stay with neutral furnishing and have been designed with comfort in mind. The villa has central heating for the winter and air-con for summer. Casa Azza is set within more than 1500 meters of grounds and has a fully walled terrace surrounding our privately owned kidney shaped pool with a sun terrace complete with poolside shower, patio furniture, sun lounges and parasol where you can enjoy day long sun and fabulous views. There is also a separate BBQ area by the pool.

The photo's don't fully portray just how amazing this property is. The mountain views with stunning sunsets, the spacious outdoor area, pool, the bright modern interior with aircon in all areas. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Bathrooms modern and showers powerful. The kitchen was well equipped with modern conveniences. A car is essential if you are in this area, the quiet residential nature of the location were what we were looking for and it was simply perfect.David and Kirsty answered every question we had promptly even on our arrival day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful villa about a 10 min drive (if that) from the beach and shops/restaurants etc. Nice drive from the airport and villa is easily found.
The Villa was well equipped, all bedrooms and lounge with air con and the extra shower room outside was a bonus. The photos don’t do it justice! 2 bbq’s to choose from (gas & charcoal). Kidney shaped swimming pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. Huge space around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols.
The villa is nicely located to visit Fonts de Algar waterfalls by car and other such places. Calpe offers plenty of shops and places to eat & drink in the old town and along the beach / promenade.
Overall a lovely holiday and we would definitely return, thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cassa Azza. We have stayed at a lot of villas over the past years but this was one of the few that lived up to all it promised. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The area is very quiet. The week we were there was hot, upto 39C, but the air con was very efficient. The pool was great, we spent most of our time in it! The outside toilet and shower room was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had an issue with the en-suite shower which was resolved very quickly. There aren’t many restaurants in the area, but that didn’t bother us. If I could improve anything it would be to have a bit more greenery around the sun terrace.
