Duplex apartment in Ricardo Bofill's Anfiteatro residence built on a cliff, 27m above the sea. Quiet and peaceful residence with 27 apartments at the end of the sandy beach of Calpe. The community swimming pool is central, in the roundness of the amphitheater.

Wunderschöne Lage mit unbezahlbarem Ausblick aufs Meer und Peniafelsen.
Wohnung nahe am Ortszentrum, an der Strandpromenade und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Wohnzimmer-Küchenbereich ist perfekt.
Wenn man wirklich etwas aussetzen möchte, dann eventuell an dem schmalen Bett im ersten Schlafzimmer (Nur etwas für frisch Verliebte) Da könnten die äusserst sympathischen Besitzer Martine und Didier Verbesserungen ins Auge fassen.

This property is the stuff dreams are made of. Wonderful views easy to get to both old town and beach. Plenty of resataurants within walking distance and little bar round the corner which is a hive for all nationalities. Supermarket 2 mins in car, good safe private parking area and everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Will surely go back. Thankyou Didier and Martine for a wonderful holiday.
